Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver hands-on enterprise Java/J2EE web application development and production support.
  • •Develop and maintain React components, MFE modules, REST APIs, and microservices following scalable architecture and coding standards.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and debugging, including incident handling, integration/API issues, performance problems, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Perform code reviews and technical design reviews, and drive unit/integration testing and performance optimization.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members, maintain documentation/runbooks, and guide issue ownership to resolution while setting customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10+ years production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with React.js and Java/J2EE web application development using Spring/Spring Boot and related cloud technologies.
  • •Experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) environment and debugging/troubleshooting skills.
  • •Strong knowledge of Java EE, Maven, REST/SOAP web services, and Spring Security with SSO solutions.
  • •Experience in kanban and ticket-based production support, including root-cause analysis and implementing fixes without impacting existing functionality.
