Key Responsibilities

•Produce, shoot, and edit weekly YouTube shows.
•Own pre-production: shot lists, run-of-show planning, guest prep, location and equipment logistics.
•Run the camera and direct the shoot. Manage lighting, audio capture, and on-set continuity.
•Own post-production: assembly, pacing, music, motion graphics, color, sound design, and final delivery.
•Hit the publishing date every week and maintain a non-negotiable cadence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hands-on YouTube experience with personally produced, shot, or edited content that lived on YouTube and earned an audience.
•5 to 10 years in video production, content production, or creator-led environments.
•Proven experience producing recurring video formats on a consistent weekly cadence.
•Strong hands-on production fluency: camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and on-set direction.
•Strong post-production skills in industry-standard tools (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) including pacing, motion graphics, color, and sound design.
