Senior Safety Manager

Lead the site’s safety function as part of the Environmental Health and Safety team, driving safe processes and compliance with federal and state OSHA requirements. Use lean principles, the hierarchy of controls, and data-driven analysis to identify risks, root causes, and corrective actions. Create weekly business reviews, train and influence leaders, support remediation efforts, and coordinate cross-functionally across Operations, HR, Food Safety & Quality, and Operational Excellence while traveling to support sites.
