Job Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for strategic development and delivery of data center projects in France. Leads client engagement, governance, and cross-functional delivery from feasibility through construction and commissioning, ensuring alignment with sector strategy, budgets, and quality standards. Mentors teams, develops recruitment and training plans, and drives commercial growth and operational excellence within Turner & Townsend's Data Center practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement development strategy for the sector in France, including brand positioning, value proposition, objectives and quality standards.
•Collaborate with key market clients to develop a client plan aligned with regional strategy and supervise performance of key clients in France.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of data center projects from feasibility to commissioning and handover, including governance and cost, schedule, risk, and quality control.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (clients, contractors, design offices, consultants) to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient execution and proper project documentation.
•Develop and present project documentation and dashboards, lead key project meetings, and ensure decisions and milestones are tracked and adhered to.

Key Requirements

•Experience in managing large-scale projects or programs; proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams including clients, contractors, and consultants.
•Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; high proficiency in French and English; advanced Microsoft Office skills.
