  • •Partner with the Senior Manager of Product Analytics to optimize acquisition product experiences and align cross-functional teams on performance against key goals.
  • •Execute an acquisition analytics and experimentation roadmap for Commerce Product & Growth teams to drive meaningful improvements.
  • •Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and build scalable self-service solutions for stakeholders.
  • •Develop and maintain reliable, high-performance data pipelines in Databricks in collaboration with Data Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • •4+ years of experience working with analytics engineering and product analytics stacks (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, Airflow).
  • •4+ years of applied experience in acquisition, subscriptions, direct to consumer, or media entertainment, including subscription and user behavior analytics challenges.
  • •Experience using AI-enabled tools to streamline work, solve problems, or create efficiencies.
  • •Experience performing analysis with large time series datasets and defining data collection/measurement requirements.
