Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Treasury Management and Payments sales within a regional territory to develop pipeline, revenue, and closed business.
  • •Drive Sales Consultants to partner effectively with relationship managers to grow pipeline and close business.
  • •Provide Treasury Management support and leadership to markets/divisions within the territory.
  • •Set expectations, measure performance, communicate rewards and consequences, and lead frequent coaching sessions to improve sales performance.
