Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pastoral care and wellbeing for the Year 12 cohort.
  • •Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and engagement; track attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing with timely support.
  • •Monitor students’ academic progress and coordinate interventions where needed.
  • •Support and line manage Year 12 form tutors.

Key Requirements
