Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist during scoping of omnichannel digital projects by contributing to feasibility analysis through meetings, legal research, and legal notes.
  • •Contribute to compliance work related to personal data protection and artificial intelligence.
  • •Analyze and review IT contracts, including SaaS, licenses, and services.
  • •Conduct legal monitoring on new technologies, e-commerce, personal data, IT contracts, and AI.
  • •Prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and training materials in French and English.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a student at an “élève-avocat” level with a Master 2 specialized in new technologies law (including personal data, AI, distance selling, and IT contracts).
  • •Strong drafting skills, synthesis ability, and good analytical capabilities.

  • •Interest in innovation and digital topics.
  • •Have completed a first internship in a company or law firm.
