Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs with defined milestones, outcomes, and KPIs.
•Drive TOM and SDM design and implementation for the transformation, including current-state assessments and diagnostic analyses.
•Own day-to-day PMO execution: project plans, RAID logs, resource plans, progress tracking, and governance with senior stakeholders.
•Lead Organizational Change Management efforts: stakeholder analyses, change readiness, training needs, messaging, and user adoption strategies.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, HR, external partners) and deliver executive dashboards and updates for steering committees.

Key Requirements

•Typically 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs or enterprise transformation portfolios.
•Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM), including current-state assessments and process redesign.
•Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation (e.g., Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and governance.
•Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives (ERP, automation, AI/ML, analytics).
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
