Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills such as scouting, crop protection, crop nutrients, seed, and application and mixing procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and complete regulatory/compliance record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and related vehicles.
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
