Card Payment Operations Business Senior Analyst

Monitor and resolve complex card payment operations issues with minimal supervision, serving as a subject matter expert across business unit accounts, systems, vendors, processes, and procedures. Create action and implementation plans to improve efficiencies, review and decision escalated production issues, and support compliance and regulatory requirements. Lead and coordinate teammates’ daily productivity and training, share knowledge, and partner with internal teams and auditors to review findings and drive mitigation plans.
