Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical, analytical, and administrative support for portfolio and program management across the Command.
  • •Manage portfolio requirements throughout their lifecycle and perform data-centric research and analysis.
  • •Compile and prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing products for leadership decision forums, including Director-level forums.
  • •Capture relevant meeting minutes and assist in developing official policy and governance documents for the Command IT enterprise.
  • •Deliver IT requirements demand management and IT program financial management reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience, or high school graduate with 8+ years of experience in a military IT environment.
  • •Active TS/SCI clearance currently, and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI.
  • •Provide strong critical thinking and communication, working independently or in small groups to analyze requirements and develop recommendations.
  • •Experience in IT planning for large-scale enterprises and ability to deliver client-ready, accurate products (briefings, reports, dashboards).
  • •Proficiency with MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams; facilitate portfolio management core functions (Analyze, Select, Control, Evaluate).
