Lead complex technical new product development programs within the Tools & Outdoor team, supporting the Portfolio Program manager for the Pro Electrified Products Design Center. Own project planning, risk management, and documentation, while aligning R&D and finance on capital spend and monitoring program P&L to meet margin, cost, and revenue objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units and geography, communicate status and risks to leadership, and build technical knowledge through continuous learning.

•Manage and deliver world-class project/program execution for complex technical new product development initiatives.
•Create and maintain standardized project plans, templates, and required documentation within the new product development process.
•Develop and monitor program P&L and key drivers, ensuring programs meet established financial objectives (margins, costs, revenue).
•Lead technical project decision-making by reviewing proposals/plans, determining critical activities, and addressing risks with recovery plans.
•Coordinate cross-functional execution across company boundaries and ensure alignment between R&D and finance on capital spend within budget guidelines.
