Assistant gérant de magasin (Marche Centrale)

Provide consistently high customer experience in the store in line with PUMA brand values and service standards. Help ensure the store meets or exceeds sales, profitability, and KPI targets through short- and long-term planning and spend, sales, and service control. Support the store manager with hiring, training, development, and succession for sales associates and supervisors, and take over as store director when needed.
