Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver consistently high customer experience in the store according to PUMA brand values and service standards.
  • •Help ensure the store meets or surpasses sales, profitability, and KPI goals using short- and long-term planning and spend, sales, and service control.
  • •Assist the store manager with recruiting, training, development, and succession planning for high-performing sales associates and supervisors.
  • •Manage payroll control and service-based scheduling to maintain a highly profitable store while providing excellent customer service.
  • •Act as store director when the store director is absent; ensure training program completion and support loss-prevention education and awareness programs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 26.6 - 29.6

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment (preferably apparel/shoes).
  • •Proven ability to exceed sales targets and to think through complex problems.
  • •Ability to present information to large groups.
  • •Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills; bilingual (English and French) in Quebec.
  • •Basic computer skills and proficiency with MS Office; ability to walk/move constantly and lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 lbs regularly.
