Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Rental HVAC Field Technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and service requests.
  • •Represent the company by serving as direct customer contact for on-site servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction through diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems.
  • •Coordinate with supervising field technician/project manager and customer to understand requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Use hand tools and follow blueprints/engineering specifications to help diagnose and repair HVAC units using refrigeration and control systems knowledge.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company and procured assets; support testing, starting up, commissioning, and servicing as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
  • •2+ years of experience in HVAC; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
