Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop architectural drawing packages for multiple concurrent EV facility projects.
  • •Produce site plans and architectural deliverables (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details) and support feasibility studies and early-stage concepts.
  • •Research and perform code analysis for each site across multiple jurisdictions, and coordinate layouts with project requirements and internal design criteria.
  • •Create and maintain Revit models, perform model quality reviews, and support BIM organization, file management, and data integrity.
  • •Maintain BIM standards and templates (families, shared parameters), develop reusable prototype documentation, and incorporate client feedback during design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
  • •Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
  • •6+ years of architectural experience.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam.
  • •Strong understanding of construction codes and experience producing schematic design through design development documentation and BIM model management.
