Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the technical focal point for Digital Health activities.
  • •Coordinate implementation workstreams across MCTD, MISAU, PIUs, implementing agencies and partners.
  • •Maintain implementation plans, action trackers, and milestone monitoring; track progress and support risk resolution and escalation.
  • •Support Digital Health implementation, including interoperability and data-sharing initiatives, and contribute to discussions on digital architecture and data governance.
  • •Organise technical meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, briefing notes, dashboards, and periodic progress reports/decision papers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Software Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree desirable.
  • •Approximately 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, ICT programme management, Digital Health or related fields.
  • •Good understanding of Digital Health, Digital Public Infrastructure, interoperability, enterprise architecture concepts and data governance.
  • •Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programmes or technology projects.
  • •Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
