Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise AI server programs, coordinating hardware, firmware, software, validation and partners to deliver production-ready AI solutions at scale for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end program delivery: define schedules, milestones, success criteria, resources, and deliverables.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, firmware, validation, QA, product, field ops, partners/OEMs) to drive decisions and resolve blockers.
•Identify risks and technology dependencies; create mitigation and contingency plans and proactively escalate when needed.
•Drive release readiness: validation plans, customer previews, deployment playbooks, and handoffs to field engineering/customer success.
•Produce concise executive updates, program briefs, and status reports.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Technical Program or Product Management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs (server platforms, firmware, validation, or enterprise software)
•Strong technical fluency in server systems (hardware, BIOS/firmware/microcode, validation/test processes) and understanding of AI workload characteristics
•Proven ability to manage schedules, risk, requirement tracking, escalations, and stakeholder communications
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent; academic credentials required
•Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and customers
