•Work across backend systems, UI surfaces, event processing, and third-party integrations.
•Turn unclear problems into concrete technical plans and ship reliable solutions.
•Own production behavior including monitoring, alerting, logging, debugging, and runbooks.
•Improve quality through automated tests, code review, observability, and simpler designs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,566 - 195,443 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend skills in Java, Scala, Kotlin, Go, or a similar language.
•Preferred minimum Bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, SW, CE, MIS or equivalent experience.
•Experience owning ambiguous technical work across multiple layers of a system, including backend services and product-facing frontend workflows when needed.
•Comfort with distributed systems and event-driven flows, including caching, retries, rate limits, and production failure modes.
•Experience building APIs, services, and integrations with strong SQL and data-driven product decision-making.
