Key Responsibilities

•Engage with customers, assist with their needs, and handle basic inquiries and complaints.
•Escalate issues as needed to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
•Ensure the store is well-organized and follows company visual merchandising standards while maintaining a clean sales floor.
•Participate in receiving new shipments, restocking, and helping manage inventory to keep the store fully stocked.
•Recommend products to customers for upselling and cross-selling and operate the cash register according to company policies.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in customer-facing roles, focused on delivering excellent service.
•Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
•Ability to maintain high store standards, including product organization and cleanliness.
•Experience operating cash registers and following cash handling procedures.
•Ability to engage in upselling and cross-selling.
