Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously improve section critical metrics to achieve Best-In-Class performance, including safety and HVM-related targets (TTMCY, Maxout, CT, cost/quality).
  • •Manage departmental efficiency by defining and monitoring key performance indicators and driving a quality control culture (SPC/FDC/defense line).
  • •Formulate fixes for main yield issues and IDL detractors, and lead process simplification and RPT reduction projects to improve fab efficiency and cost.
  • •Coordinate strategically by communicating section goals, customer expectations, and status updates; provide workforce selection, development, and sustainability.
  • •Ensure environmental, health, and safety responsibilities are executed: due diligence, support EHS programs, complete required EHS training, and implement preventative/corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering-related field.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in CVD/PVD semiconductor field; E3 and above.
  • •Demonstrated success in a Micron Manager position.
  • •Advanced understanding of DRAM process and demonstrated success leading teams to define and solve process problems.
  • •Strong communication, data analysis, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.
