Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a GOLDesp product Subject Matter Expert to advise maintenance and MRO customers on system use.
  • •Conduct customer workshops and on-site discovery activities across Europe.
  • •Analyze customer maintenance processes and map system functionality to business workflows.
  • •Support testing activities by developing test scripts and assisting teams during application/system testing and validation.
  • •Deliver on-site customer training and sustainment support throughout the implementation lifecycle, including data-related activities like collection, validation, and migration.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience working in an MRO environment, preferably within aircraft line or depth maintenance organisations.
