Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end recruitment of junior consultants and interns alongside the Recruitment Manager.
  • •Partner with teammates to identify top talent on platforms like LinkedIn, plan screening calls and conduct first interviews.
  • •Contribute to projects linked to recruitment activities, such as Employer Branding, referral programs, and process improvements.
  • •Create social media content (videos, campaigns, and job ads) to boost visibility.
  • •Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with experienced colleagues to maximize impact of recruitment efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Final year student (Bachelor or Master) in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
  • •Strong interest in talent acquisition techniques and digital marketing.
  • •Interpersonal skills with ability to connect via phone, video call, and face-to-face.
  • •Proactive, organized and enthusiastic problem-solver with the capacity to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
