Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute commodity strategies by conducting market research, understanding supply dynamics, and aligning plans with business strategy.
  • •Develop and implement supplier negotiations to secure best-in-class pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • •Select and manage suppliers to meet material needs and ensure supplier delivery, quality, and pricing expectations.
  • •Establish and review a continuous supplier project deck pipeline to deliver to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including technology-driven processes like e-auctions.
  • •Support NPI sourcing and improve operational effectiveness by deploying standardized sourcing processes and Lean initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above and 8+ years of category procurement experience with strong supplier development expertise.
  • •Proven project procurement experience and hands-on exposure to high-mix, low-volume (HMLV) production.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
  • •Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • •Industrial background preferred; experience supporting NPI sourcing is a plus.
