Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels and apply inventory management strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock.
  • •Conduct monthly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory records.
  • •Replenish service vans with necessary parts and consumables and coordinate timely restocking.
  • •Accurately book parts to jobs in the service management system and ensure parts usage documentation and tracking.
  • •Manage consumable purchasing, goods receiving (documentation and quality/quantity checks), warranty parts returns/replacements, and stores housekeeping.
