Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and contingency strategies.
  • •Implement risk management processes and ensure projects meet objectives and success criteria within scope, time, and budget.
  • •Coordinate across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Legal, serving as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
  • •Oversee multiple workstreams, monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage trade-offs between scope, complexity, and cost.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, standardize workflows and documentation, and coach teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 10 years equivalent work experience, with a degree in engineering and/or an advanced degree preferred.
  • •PMP certification required; Scrum Master is a nice to have.
  • •6+ years of experience as a Project Manager for medical device, class 3 electromechanical medical devices (active implantable devices) is a plus.
  • •Ability to analyze complex systems and assess feasibility, risks, and project status to take preventative action.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project; Jira, Jama, Polarian, OnePlan, and Oravle Agile PLM are a nice to have.
