Job Summary

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to manage complex employee relations matters across Southeast Asia and APAC. Lead investigations, provide risk-based advice on disciplinary and performance-related cases, and ensure consistent, well-documented case management. Support organization redesign, workforce realignment, and performance management outcomes while collaborating closely with employment legal and investigations. Deliver training to improve HRBP and leader decision-making and proactively analyze trends to drive corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary issues, misconduct, performance concerns, grievances, redundancies, and complex absences to resolution.
•Conduct independent investigations into complex HR-related concerns and analyze evidence to reach investigative conclusions.
•Advise and counsel businesses on disciplinary and warning actions, policy interpretation, and regional employment practices.
•Maintain detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports and issue analysis, and ensure consistent case management approaches.
•Curate and deliver training to improve HRBP and leader effectiveness, build partnerships with business and HR leaders, and analyze trends to develop corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Minimally 5 years of Employee Relations experience, including exposure to organization redesign, workforce realignment, and performance management.
•Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory frameworks across the Asia Pacific region.
•Proven experience managing complex, high-volume employee relations cases and providing risk-based advice.
•Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver pragmatic solutions.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
