Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate financial health strategy into in-café content rooted in the Spend, Save, Borrow, Plan framework.
  • •Design physical customer journeys that integrate into end-to-end customer experiences.
  • •Invent and innovate net new experiential programming to meet community needs nationwide.
  • •Build scalable, repeatable Money & Life toolkits and tiered offerings so café teams can execute with high brand fidelity across 65+ cafés.
  • •Own the design lifecycle, continuous refresh, and performance improvement using event sentiment, engagement data, and QR scan metrics.

Salary: USD 138,100 - 173,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in retail UX/UI, experiential programming, environmental design, or educational curriculum development.
  • •At least 2 years of consumer-facing copywriting experience within financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
  • •5+ years of experience in Experiential Content Design or physical customer journey design within a high-growth corporate or creative agency environment.
  • •Proficiency with digital design and advanced project management suites.
