  • •Own and deliver features across the notebook service, container runtimes, and UI, independently from problem discovery through launch and follow-up.
  • •Advance platform initiatives including runtime management and patching, environment reproducibility/replication, security and compliance, and observability for notebooks.
  • •Extend the product to operate reliably in regulated and air-gapped environments with security, compliance, and operational rigor.
  • •Build for scale and reliability, participate in the on-call rotation, and mentor junior engineers through design and code review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 245,250 - 295,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including significant full-stack development.
  • •Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design patterns, security, performance, and scale.
  • •Experience with backend services and distributed systems, with familiarity with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Experience building for regulated, compliance-driven, or air-gapped environments (a strong plus).
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science or related majors.
