Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategic direction and intelligence/positioning for sustainable, reproducible account growth for the DOD Army team.
  • •Develop and manage account plans, opportunity targets, and pipeline in coordination with regional and business line leaders.
  • •Support pursuits by maintaining and reviewing the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans, teaming, and proposal pricing/review and risk sign-offs.
  • •Monitor account performance (bookings, pipeline, and projections), producing situational reports when misalignment occurs and managing contract fill-up capacity.
  • •Lead/manage key client relationships, optimize cross-sell opportunities, oversee corrective actions and recoveries, and ensure compliance including FAR and JV board awareness.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or other related disciplines aligned with AECOM’s Business Lines.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
  • •6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches, with outstanding communication and expert negotiation skills.
  • •Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS; due to the role, US citizenship is required.
