Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead hands-on Java/J2EE development and support for enterprise web applications.
  • •Manage integration of backend systems and collaborate with clients, architects, and frontend developers to define implementation details.
  • •Guide onshore and offshore development teams within Agile and Waterfall project frameworks.
  • •Ensure robust CI/CD processes and scalable solutions in PCF/cloud environments.
  • •Provide sizing, scalability recommendations and address connectivity/deployment issues for enterprise deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8+ years development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects with hands-on expertise in J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and deployment to enterprise application servers (Jetty, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic).
  • •Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, Maven, SQL (Oracle, MySQL, DB2) and ORM tools; ability to design patterns and scalable architectures.
  • •Experience with CI/CD processes and agile/waterfall project development; capable of coordinating onshore and offshore development teams.
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, architects, and frontend teams to define and implement deep backend integrations.
