Job Summary

Own end-to-end onboarding for retailer scan data programs, from contract kickoff through go-live, and manage weekly submission health across the full retailer base. Serve as the primary external point of contact for retailers and CPG partners, including Altria and RJR, while coordinating with Scan Data Engineering and Customer Success. Publish weekly program health reporting, track issues in ticketing systems, and escalate risks and blockers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

•Own retailer onboarding planning, schedule, and retailer-facing communications from contract signature through first live submission.
•Coordinate with Scan Data Engineering on technical setup, configuration, and test submissions; confirm go-live and transition to ongoing weekly submissions.
•Publish the weekly Scan Data Program Health Report (submission status, reimbursement match rates, action items, engineering issues, backfill, and missing submissions).
•Act as primary point of contact for retailers and CPG partners (Altria and RJR) and manage direct communications on issue remediation and timelines.
•Route, track, and escalate tobacco scan data issues across retailer, engineering, and CPG partner sides until closure, enforcing ticket-based workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in program coordination, implementation management, operations, or a related role.
•Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with milestones, action items, and deadlines across retailer engagements.
•Experience working in ticketing and project tracking systems (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce, or equivalent).
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for retailer-facing emails and internal status updates.
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
