Cost Manager - Healthcare

Deliver cost management services for healthcare projects within the London Real Estate business, owning end-to-end delivery or contributing to complex project teams. Support client objectives from pre-contract through handover, guiding projects from feasibility to completion. Manage two-stage tendering processes, administer JCT and NEC contracts, produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports, and help negotiate final accounts using value engineering and lifecycle costing, including CostX measurement tools.
