Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing while leading Information Management efforts across projects.
  • •Deliver on business plan and budgetary targets and support UK bidding opportunities.
  • •Supervise competence, quality, and timely submission of detailed deliverables, coordinating inputs across the business in India and the UK.
  • •Coordinate with Information Managers and project roles to gather information for BIM models and drawings as per client specifications.
  • •Develop team capabilities via skills validation, training, clear performance/development goals, and retention/succession planning; implement BIM workflow improvements and run audits/lesson-learned sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering.
  • •20+ years production experience in design, drafting and engineering with significant experience in a similar role or a strong track record.
  • •Professional qualifications: IEng / CEng.
  • •Good working knowledge of UK and International rail discipline.
  • •Good knowledge and capability across 3D BIM modelling and coordination, including Bentley ProjectWise workflow and training in MicroStation and OpenBuilding Designer.
