Job Summary

Own end-to-end technical delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, from architecture decisions through production handoff. Build agent systems on the Agentforce platform, integrate and process data across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and resolve hard technical blockers. Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions, codify reusable patterns, and translate field insights into product and engineering roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Own customer outcomes end-to-end as the senior technical authority, from architecture decisions through production handoff of agentic AI solutions.
•Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and deterministic guardrails.
•Own the data lifecycle for AI applications, including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
•Resolve critical technical blockers such as data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, and performance regressions.
•Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions, codify reusable patterns and frameworks, and surface field insights to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with working familiarity across the others.
•Production experience integrating LLMs, using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices in real customer contexts.
•Deep data modeling, processing, and analytics experience across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and/or Databricks, plus Salesforce platform expertise (Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs).
