Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests professionally while promoting venue amenities and upgrades.
•Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of ancillary areas such as lawn chair rentals, Fast Lane entry, signage, and merchandise hubs.
•Handle sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems or handheld devices.
•Maintain accurate inventory counts of ancillary products before, during, and after events.
•Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving minor issues promptly, while following venue, company, and safety policies.

Key Requirements

•Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and promote sales.
•Comfortable handling cash, credit, or mobile payment transactions accurately.
•Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
