  • •Ensure 100% Traffic Management Playbook compliance and maintain Sonic Brand KPI performance.
  • •Analyze and address low-performing areas versus KPI targets, objectives, and outcomes.
  • •Implement action plans with TMDs and General Managers and hold teams accountable for results.
  • •Drive standardization of traffic management processes and communicate changes to department teammates.
  • •Conduct monthly full audits, run weekly internet traffic management meetings, and monitor leads via competitor and internal mystery shops and daily call performance reviews.
