Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to students over an online community forum.
  • •Answer questions about course content and facilitate learning when students get stuck.
  • •Host one weekly live virtual session for real-time student support.
  • •Redirect learners to appropriate support channels when needed.
  • •Escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team as appropriate.

Key Requirements
