Assistant Site Manager

Assist in leading the operations team at a 5–15k sq ft DashMart distribution center. You’ll coach and develop hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, drive site performance through scheduling, inventory management, and process execution, and analyze data to recommend improvements. You’ll own daily outcomes for a shift or focus area, manage onsite escalations with cross-functional partners, and help ensure high customer satisfaction through quality metrics like order accuracy and fulfillment speed.
