HR Business Partner- Learning & Development (Maternity cover)

Partner with business leaders and HR to translate capability gaps into learning priorities and impactful learning solutions. Drive adoption of digital learning and AI-powered tools, design and develop training programs, and coordinate training logistics. Administer the Learning Management System, maintain relevant content, and track participation. Support HR programs including onboarding frameworks and graduate programs while working in a hybrid model from the Søborg office.
