Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development activities and originate opportunities for the local government sector, engaging professional networks and targeting campaigns.
  • •Oversee engagement delivery, managing multiple parallel delivery teams and ensuring quality control across scopes and models.
  • •Provide leadership in client interactions, including with C-suite and senior management, and manage delivery risks and commercial constraints.
  • •Architect analytical workstreams and guide engagement teams to deliver timely insights and polished deliverables.
  • •Coach and mentor staff, lead performance appraisal, and drive practice development including FP&A, thought leadership, and IP generation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of management consulting and/or related industry experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Deep understanding of the local government sector and an exception network; track record of work winning with either local authorities and/or combined authorities.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal skills, client-service mindset and ability to act as a trusted adviser to clients.
  • •Proven track record in a seller-doer role in a management consulting firm.
