Production Team Member – Underbelly

Build high-quality pontoon boats by installing aluminum panels and components on the underbellies and sides. Work hands-on with production teams to complete assembly using hand tools and equipment, meet daily goals, and maintain craftsmanship standards in a fast-paced environment. Participate in cross-training to learn multiple workstations, support quality and safety procedures, and contribute to a “zero harm” workplace.
