Key Responsibilities

  • •Own RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer questionnaires from initial review through final submission.
  • •Review requirements, identify mandatory criteria, and create response plans.
  • •Coordinate inputs from internal teams and subject-matter experts to produce accurate, complete responses.
  • •Draft clear, persuasive, customer-specific content and edit for clarity, tone, grammar, and consistency.
  • •Manage timelines, reviews, approvals, submission requirements, and follow up on missing information; maintain a reusable proposal library and improve the RFP process.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in proposal management, RFP responses, bid management, sales enablement, presales, enterprise sales, or a related role.
  • •Independently manage complex, deadline-driven projects.
  • •Excellent written English, editing, and business communication skills.
  • •Strong understanding of B2B or enterprise sales processes.
