Employee Life Cycle Sr Associate

Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, employee documentation, and offboarding. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions via phone, email, chat, and ticketing, providing accurate, customer-focused support. Handle SuccessFactors transactions, monitor and approve data changes, ensure data accuracy, and maintain timely updates for payroll checks and input.
