Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Security & Defence sector success across the Prairies by developing market growth and targeting new client development aligned with growth objectives.
  • •Lead Security & Defence revenue/project development and net revenue forecasting to meet annual financial goals and growth targets.
  • •Build and evolve the Security & Defence sector through thought leadership activities such as conferences, thought leadership pieces, and staff education sessions.
  • •Deliver operational excellence by reviewing monthly operational data including invoicing, WIP, accounts receivable, overhead optimization, satisfaction, and overall work quality.
  • •Provide leadership for Winnipeg office advancement, including guiding practice standards, staffing/resource allocation decisions, and capacity building through training and mentorship.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 114,000 - 159,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Professional designation/education in a design/construction focused field.
  • •10+ years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years working in the Security and Defence sector.
  • •Recognized thought leader in the field (desirable asset).
  • •Experience delivering projects using methods such as IPD, CM, Modified Design Build, and Quick Response Tenders (desirable asset).
  • •PMP certification, government procurement experience, and bilingual (English and French) are desirable assets.
