Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • •Lead contract negotiations and oversee contract administration and compliance to secure favorable terms.
  • •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to control costs and support profitability.
  • •Identify and mitigate commercial risks across contracts and projects, and keep reporting on KPIs.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, and support HSE initiatives in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, with GCC experience as a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction contractual matters and quantity surveying methods, techniques, and tools for contracting.
  • •Demonstrable commercial and financial knowledge, including negotiating and reviewing documents with strong contract administrative accountability.
  • •Advanced ability to use MS Windows applications (Projects, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and commercial/cost management tools such as CCS (Candy).
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
