Job Summary

Maintain and repair quarry plant processing equipment during 3rd shift to support steady production and customer demand. Perform routine maintenance, workplace inspections, and housekeeping, and keep conveyor systems and equipment components operating properly. Check and maintain oil levels, ensure guards and grease lines are secured, and complete cutting and welding repairs. May operate heavy equipment and assist other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine safe, efficient, timely maintenance to maximize plant productivity
•Perform workplace inspection and housekeeping as directed
•Check and maintain conveyor belts and related components (scrapers, skirt boards, idlers, pulleys, guards, bearings)
•Check and maintain oil levels in gearboxes, crushers, and screens; ensure guards and grease lines are secured after tasks
•Perform cutting and welding repairs and complete cleanup; may operate heavy equipment if needed
