Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class customer service as a frontline contact-center agent answering inbound calls from premium Card Members.
  • •Delight Card Members by creating new bookings and servicing existing travel arrangements.
  • •Consult with Card Members to understand needs and deliver innovative, extraordinary interactions.
  • •Research, plan, and create personalized travel experiences including domestic/international flights and car and hotel itineraries.
  • •Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to Card Members.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience delivering exceptional customer service in a premium, luxury, or hospitality environment (e.g., luxury retail, fine dining, hotels, concierge).
  • •Ability to provide premium customer service, ideally in a call center or other fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • •Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, adapting conversations to each Card Member’s communication style.
  • •Proficiency navigating multiple computer applications, Microsoft Office, personal devices, and emerging AI-driven technologies.
  • •Ability to work nights and weekends and flexibility to work 6:00am-11:00pm local time.
