Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full accountability for the delivery of assigned apartment buildings and residential clusters across all project phases.
  • •Lead delivery execution in line with approved development strategy, masterplan, and apartment product brief.
  • •Act as the single point of accountability for apartment delivery outcomes across all project phases.
  • •Oversee apartment design development to ensure efficient layouts, codes compliance, and constructability while aligning with MEP, façade, and interior specs.
  • •Drive value engineering and standardisation strategies without compromising quality or customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional certification (PMP, RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) preferred.
  • •10-12 years’ experience in large-scale apartment or high-density residential delivery.
  • •Proven track record delivering mid-rise to high-rise apartment buildings in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Experience on large-scale developments or mega/giga projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.
