Own and grow Clinikally’s social presence by managing community engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create social-first content with reels, BTS videos, and trend-based formats, while coordinating with doctors, creators, and internal teams for shoots. Write compelling captions and on-screen copy, research fresh content ideas, and help plan the monthly content calendar. Track performance and share insights to improve what resonates with the community.

Key Responsibilities

•Own community management across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
•Respond to comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner.
•Build relationships with creators, doctors, and the Clinikally community through stories and broadcasts.
•Research, pitch, and help shape fresh content ideas, trends, and content IPs.
•Shoot and edit social-first content (reels and BTS), write captions/on-screen copy, and track performance against what’s working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 30,000 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
•Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
•Comfortable shooting content on a phone and directing creators or teammates.
•Basic editing skills using an editing app (or similar tools).
•Excellent copywriting, communication, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
